Error logs may contain limited account identifiers (such as your email address) for troubleshooting purposes.

4. Data Hosting & Location

Our Services are hosted on Microsoft Azure. When you create a subscription, you may choose the hosting region for your data.

Authentication and account data are stored in the EU, while customer content is stored in the region selected by the user.

5. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Access controls to ensure only authorized users can access customer data
• Role-based permissions for managing and sharing content
• Ongoing monitoring and safeguards provided by Microsoft Azure data centers

6. Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC, to help us understand how visitors engage with our site. Google Analytics may collect your IP address and use cookies for tracking.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the cookie settings banner shown when you first visit the site.

Additionally, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for more control.

7. Use of Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a user-experience and analytics tool provided by Microsoft. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as page views, clicks, scrolling, and technical device data. This data helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve usability.

Clarity stores this data for up to 13 months. Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA in accordance with Microsoft's data protection terms. Processing is based on your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Clarity will not load unless you have accepted analytics cookies.

8. Application Insights

We use Microsoft Azure Application Insights to monitor the performance, stability, and availability of our website. This telemetry includes aggregated information such as page load times, requests, errors, and technical diagnostic data. We run Application Insights in a privacy-enhanced mode that does not use cookies and does not track user behaviour or create user profiles. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the website's performance.

12. Data Retention

We only keep data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law.

Customer content is retained for as long as your subscription is active, and deleted upon termination or earlier at your request.

If a subscription is not renewed, customer content will be permanently deleted after a grace period (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual subscriptions).

Error logs and system logs are retained for 90 days for troubleshooting and security purposes, then permanently deleted.

You may delete your account at any time once no active subscriptions remain. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and owned subscriptions.

Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently removed.

13. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share data with trusted service providers (like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Azure Application Insights, and Microsoft Azure) under strict data processing agreements.

Your customer content and application data are not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
